Besides the important technical skills, our mission is to build strong soft skills by offering coaching and training sessions to all our consultants. We also believe that giving regular follow-up and feedback is key to good collaborations.

Bianca and Zeynel.
With a passion for unlocking the full potential of tech talent, Bianca brings her expertise from her tenure as an HR manager for BNP Paribas Fortis. With a background in psychology, she has since become a certified coach, dedicated to empowering individuals to excel in their career.
Zeynel has extensive experience as a negotiator and years of working as an IT recruiter. With a background in law and understanding the needs of both candidates and clients, he offers a unique value.
Recognizing the importance of follow-up, feedback culture, and the development of essential soft skills, they joined forces to create a consultancy that prioritizes coaching and nurturing the growth of IT consultants.
